Default Lumpy/notchy power output from engine when cold

Don't know if this is a normal characteristic for the Ecoboost or if it's just happening on my truck, but I notice when I lightly accelerate up to highway speeds when my engine is cool the power seems notchy/lumpy like it's misfiring a little. Doesn't do it when warm. Anyone else experience the same characteristic? Could it be incorrect spark plug gap? I have the 3.5 Eco.

Not normal, my 2015 runs smooth regardless of engine temperature. The same goes for the 2012 EB I had.

Not normal and most likely not spark plug gap.

Sounds like a cylinder misfire. Check for codes.
