i'm close to the limit if it were stock but not trying to start a argument , etc.... I will say that I took extra precaution by having the trailer custom made last year using electric disk brakes on all 3 axles. Did a brake upgrade on the truck, fabricated a really heavy duty air bag kit , etc... I can honestly tell you it's by far the best tow rig I've ever owned. It's stable, brakes wel (electric brake controller and stability control ) , and pulls like a champ. I'd like to think that the extensive mods helped raise the tow rating....

Lifted trucks are useless. At least less useful for every task a truck does other than serious off road thrashing.
