Truck looks great. I also bought a Tuxedo Black Lariat Sport. Love it. Which suspension company did you go with?

Nothing wrong with lowering or raising a truck. It's just individual taste. 4X4 guys usually want to raise them, 2WD guys usually want to lower them. I don't get when guys want to lower a 4X4, or raise a 2WD, but to each his own!

Well, I kinda built my own since no one had a kit when I lowered mine. I have a Belltech 2wd 3/5 kit (doesn't fit a 2015) and crown suspension coils.

Which coils from Crown? 2" or 3"? Thanks!

I'm installing the 5 inch drop on the rear and have run into a problem with the shackle bolt hitting the frame. I called crown and they said to grind the bolt down.
is this what had to be done on yalls trucks? Please help.
Thanks.

Can you pull it out and put it in from the other side for more clearance?

Unfortunately no. It's the top bolt on the shackle, I'm going with the stock shackles for now . If I don't like the look then I'll consider grinding the bolt and using their shackle kit.

Same thing happened when mine was installed. Turned out it wasn't necessary to grind it down. If you notice how the shackle is parallel in your photo, that's not its normal riding position. If you jack up the axle to put the shackle perpendicular to the ground, normal riding position, it will clear.

Polski-13,

Which kit from Belltech did you use for the rear end?
