Default LOWER strut spring mounts?

Going to be doing front struts soon and I'd like to pick up some new replacement lower spring perches to save time during the install. I live in the rust-belt and would feel compelled to refinish the old mounts if reusing per Bilstien installation instructions. Unfortunately this appears to be a part that just doesn't exist? Anybody know of a source?

Not the sig truck, its a 2018 F150.

You could prep them in a hour once off the truck with a wire wheel and rustoleum... otherwise they are part of the standard strut that has to have the cap knocked off.
I see folks trying to sell stock ones all the time for stupid money when they are worth $.10 in scrap.
They also have a plastic isolator clip on them. My shop has a few dozen "take off" loaded struts I could pull a pair for shipping.

I tried and tried and tried to find a pair of these for sale anywhere before I did my Eibach fronts. I don't think they're available at all without buying the whole strut, and I read that some of the aftermarket ones are welded on. I ended up finding some takeoff struts on marketplace and used them. Definitely saves a few hours if you set them up before you start pulling the truck apart.
