Loud racket on acceleration only.

I am hearing a really loud racket from the drive train. Only happens on colder mornings (below 50 degrees), only happens on acceleration, stops when coasting, after about ten minutes it stops completely and won't do it again until the next cold morning. My non-mechanic description of the noise: At slower speed, it sounds like ice in a blender. At higher speed (45 mph+), it sounds like bb's in the blender. The transmission whines louder as speed increases, like when you turn your blender on high. This noise is so loud it can be heard over the radio playing, and admittedly I play my radio pretty loud.

Is it 4wd? Sounds like the dreaded IWE. It can be an easy fix (checkvalve), can be involved, but under both circumstances, you keep driving it like that, it will be expensive. If it's 4wd, I would start by unplugging solenoid for vacuum system and see if it goes away.
Here is a video, just unplug the solenoid and take truck for drive, if sound stops, then it's somewhere in IWE system.
