Is everyone else seeing all of the pictures? Because the axle pic is deceivingly normal compared to the rest. Interestingly, I didnt realize there was that much steel on the bottom of the body.
Those additional pics you are seeing are from a post that is after mine related to rust, not my truck.

here is an additional pic

The additional photos are showing the underside bed floor cross supports, which in my experience are very rusty for a 2015 vintage, my 2016 underside looks like new by comparison.

Are you referencing the list of 8 pics or the 2 pics I posted?

I oil spray all my trucks (2011 -13) yearly & I would say frame wise they would probably be pretty close to your pic's... just not as dry looking

Aluminum doesn't rust... You must be seeing photos of an older truck.

To the OP, no that's not a lot of rust, and absolutely normal. Spray it with some cheap rust converter and then some good satin black and be done with it.

That truck is going on 5 years old and in Ohio, that frame looks great. If you want to see rust go find a 2015 GM truck with the wax coated frames.

Why I spray a decent coat of fluid film every fall.
