Default Locked out, retrieve door code ?

First time posting. I have a 2020 XLT, 2.7 screw. Last night the weather was horrible. While pushing the button to extend the key, I must have, at the same time, pushed the lock button. I started the truck and shut the door. Yep, you got it. I locked myself out of the truck, with it running.
well I called AAA and after over a half hour he got the passenger window rolled down. I went home. Anyway how can I either get the door code or get so I can change it to my code. I'm the second owner and I never got the code when I purchased it.

If you have two keys, you can get in on the dash. Many scan tools can read it. The code is also on the module under the passenger side kick panel.

Pull the passenger side kick panel out. There you will see the BCM [Body Control Module] which on one side has a fuse panel. On the other back side facing the fender there will be a sticker attached which will have the door code. You can usually see it well enough to read it.
