Lock-Unlock Sequence "Locking up"
What you want accomplish with Forscan is either not discovered or not possible.
The issue with the lights staying on is not issue with key fob not working, something is causing the BCM to either lock up or it's waiting for something to happen. The BCM is just responding your key press turning the lights on. When the timer runs out then things happen.

So, I changed all the lights on my truck to LEDs and when I unlock my truck, I have to wait a decent period of time before I can relock my truck again.....this affects the remote start I added that works off the lock/unlock buttons. When I unlock the truck, it just seems to "lock up" in the unlock mode with the lights on and not allow me to do anything with the key fob. I don't know if it is the key fob batteries cause if I just lock the truck, it works fine so I don't know if it's that.
This issue I dont think was here when I bought the truck. So it's either been the key fob use over time (batteries) or the LED lights that I added not drawing enough current leaving the lights on longer.
Is this something I can adjust in Forscan? Either reduce the time that the lights are on with the unlock or be able to override the unlock sequence with the lock button on the fob? I'm pretty sure these settings are in the BCM....but looking at the spreadsheet, I don't know which ones?
This is especially annoying when I need to get something out of my truck in a hurry and have to wait until I can lock my truck again. I hit the lock button and nothing and won't lock until the lights go off from unlocking.

FIXED (at least for me!)... check out my post in this thread:
FIXED lock-unlock-lock problem
It was indeed a problem with the over-cab Cargo area LED's as others above have suggested. The LEDs I had I thought were high quality units but perhaps proximity issues exacerbates the problem. My taillight housing reverse-light LED's seem fine (same manufacturer) and don't impede the remote. See thread linked above for more details.
I did previously try the FORscan change that asdaven posted but it didn't work for me.

Perhaps your LED bulbs are better quality and don’t cause the interference? Another poster suggested I try Sylvania ZEVO bulbs… I may do that at some point.
Two things to add.
1. The remote receiver is located under the headliner upper right area of the cab for max range.
The bed light LEDs may be the cause at times so close with wiring. I have Led replacements for Halogen in the Cab fixture and have no trouble that I've detected.
2. A truck with Halogen lamps as OEM, may need a change in the program so the control module handles the lamps correctly.
My two cab LEDs may not be enough to cause a program change necessary. I have no other LEDs placed.
Good luck.
