Bring it to an aluminum welder then get it sprayed.

I agree. It doesn't look like that cooler was the cause of the hole.

Yeah I was really confused when I saw the hole. I don't know why OP would lie about this. But it seriously looks like someone cut an ugly square with a dremel. I would expect more of a dimple with potentially a hole in the middle. But hey, I'm not a materials engineer.

Like, what are you expecting? Most likely steel would have dented or punctured in the same way.

Why are pelican coolers so top heavy that they can fall over in the bed of a pickup? Maybe go after them for repair...../s
