Default Is this light normal?

I recently noticed the airbag light on my instrument cluster seems to have a ghost back lighting. It completes the normal startup with the orange warning light extinguishing, however it remains this white ghost light. I tried adjusting the brightness of the display and it has limited effect on the airbag light ghost effect. The ford service guy says this is normal and I must have missed it. Is this normal?

Kinda looks like the traction light there is back lighted as well. Might be normal, but doesn't look good. Kinda strange.

Either the gauge piece isn't fit snug to prevent light bleed, or you are getting a very strong reflection off the plastic that is shining back on the airbag. I don't know that it is ideal, but it shouldn't impact functionality of anything.

I'd have to agree with vulnox. I bet there is a bulb socket or led for the speedo that is loose behind there and bleeding light.
