Lifts pro's and Con's
Hey guys,
I've owned a 13 Ecoboost and I put the ranco quick lift with a 1.5" Block. It looked nice, and for the price was good value. A couple problems I did run into was fuel millage decreased drastically, the rancho shocks started rattling, and the tires wore bad causing a lot of road noise.
After not the greatest experience I've purchased a 15 5.0L left it stock and everything was fine, now I've purchased a 16 5.0 502a and i'm getting the itch to customize it again.
I don't want a huge lift and I want to keep things cheap, I have my eyes on a 2 1/2" strut spacer in the front and a 3" block in the back on amazon. Great price, easy install. Is this going to mess up my ride/ integrity of my front end parts. What would be the best bang for buck here?
