Default Lift points

For those of you who use a 2-post lift, where are your lift points on the truck? The spots the manual says to use for the jack in the rear aren't feasible for the lift. For the front, I can use the frame rails easily but on the rear the arms will not reach the rear axle.

I recently bought a house that came with a shop and lift, so I'm fairly new to using it. So far I've had a honda pilot and a honda civic on it, both which can be lifted at the pinch weld on all 4 corners. These trucks don't appear to work that way.

For the rear, I still put the rear arms on the frame rail, as far back as I can go. haven't had an issue.
