Default leveling problems

Installed a 2 inch spacer on mine and my brothers trucks. They're 2019 F150s sport packages his is a short bed mine is 6.5. We have the same tires same size 275/70r18 his is somehow almost 1.5 inches taller then mine. It doesn't look like mine has a level in it. I am looking at the bilstein 6112 stage 1 kit. Anyone had any luck with getting more out of your truck then just what the spacers do? I am hoping by replacing the coils as well that'll correct my truck being shorter.

Even at the dealership when we got them you could see a difference in height next to each other.

Are there any other differences in the builds? 4x4? FX4? Snow plow prep? Etc?

Since the two trucks were apparently sitting different before the lift, not sure you should expect them to sit the same with the same kit installed.

IF they were equal before, and you both have same kit installed, one of the two kits is potentially not installed correctly?

Those are my only guesses.

You don't have a busted spring do you?
Are you sure you rotated the struts 180...that is a requirement on all the spacer kits I've seen.

oh yea both have been spun. Done many of these levels before. I am mostly curious if I changed out the whole strut it would return the lost height.

Measure from the center of the hub cap vertically to the bottom of the fender. Compare to the other truck.

Also,

The easy way to bring up the nose is to change the rear. If you had 3” of factory rake and he had 2” the relationship between the front and rear will be different.
