Default Leveling Kit Question / Guidance

Was hoping someone on here might have a bit of guidance for me on a leveling kit.

I'm trying to sort out precisely what level need to be put on my truck in order to level it out?

How do I properly measure the number of inches that need to be added to the front of the truck to remove the rake and even out (as much as is reasonable) with the rear?

Do I simply drop a tape measure from ground to mid fender at the lip of the wheel well in the front, then do the same in the back and subtract or is it more complicated than that?

Never really done any sort of modification like this before and I want to make sure I'm buying the A) right thing and B) the correct level as I don't want to go through the process twice, by just throwing parts at it that I'm hoping will fix the problem.

Simple as you stated...measure on a level surface front and rear...normally a 2" or 2.5" spacer will get you very close.

Default Autospring 2"

As the title says. I did the autospring 2" and was less than a .5 off of level on a 2WD 2015. Measured before and after and the advertised lift was very close to reality.

Leveling in itself would have no impact on mileage. Add the bigger or heavier tires, that will impact mileage.

I was actually semi-ok with how it sat until I put the new bumper on and that thing is so heavy I really see the difference now. I wound up ordering the 2.5" rough country level. So we'll see how that works out. Some quick measurements make me think it will be much better than it currently is which will be good enough for me. Thanks for the responses.

I would suggest 1.5" level, I went with a 2" on now truck sits almost flat level but as soon as I put any weight in the back, the back end looks like it's squatting........

I wanted better handling suspension more than a level. The factory suspension is way too soft for my driving habits. Got used to the firm Bilstein setup in my 04 F-150 and missed it in the 19.
Now that the front is up a couple inches I'm putting a small 2" rear spacer in (+3, -1) to get the factory rake as close as possible to where it was before.
