Default Leveling kit Issues

Back story. I had a shop put in a 2in leveling kit on my 2020 5.0 XLT with 33x12.5r22. They told me they over stretched the abs sensor and they swapped it. But the ABS and advance track service light were on. I took it to another shop where they ended up swapping the whole wheel hub and the ABS light when way.

Now the issue is. When I turn on the truck no lights come up. If I step on the brake and put it on gear no light pops up. The truck can go in reverse or Drive and move and no light turns on. As soon as I step on the gas pedal the Park Brake Limited Function, Advance Track, Hills Start Assist not available, and the pre collision light turns on. Also the first time I step on the gas it has power and it revs up. But after that its slow to react and 2–3k rpm its sluggish. Once it hits 4k it reacts abit better.
I have swapped the Throttle Body and Gas pedal and nothing still does the same thing. I try pulling on wires before hitting the gas to see if any of them pop up the lights and nothing. Its only when I step on the gas.
Any ideas of things I can try checking?

Anytime I do any kind of electrical/electronic things on these trucks, I disconnect the battery. I learned from not doing that, weird things electronically can/would happen. Once. I was working on my center console shifter lights. Went to use cruise, and wouldn't work. That's just an example, and the last time I didn't disconnect.
Thru experience, I did a KAM reset, fixed the problem.
I suspect someone didn't disconnect the battery, try a KAM reset. No guarantee, but would be the first thing I'd have tried.
