Default Leveling kit installation

Good morning! I ordered an autospring 2 inch leveling kit from stage 3 this weekend. I was planning to put it on myself and then I was reading posts about dealers and others messing up the iwe. My question is how easy is that to do? Seems like you have to loosen or remove the CV axles to do so. Do they even have to be removed? I don't want to try and save $200 and it end up costing me more to fix the truck.

Just follow the directions and drop the lower control arms. No need to mess with the CV axles.

It's easy. Just pry out the strut and punch out the lower strut bolts with a hammer. It'll allow you to reinstall the strut with the leveling kit on it. I would also recommend disconnecting the connection to the electronic steering rack.
It's not as difficult as they make it out to be.
