Any vehicle I have driven will follow the road, if it is angled as you say.
You will know it isn't right thought if any other vehicle before this never felt that way.

I do not believe that if the vehicle pulls to the left when the road is cambered to the left is called bump steer.

What year and is it 2x4 or 4x4 truck.
