Default Leveled and front end alignment

Hello everyone. New to the site, and I must say there are some sharp trucks on here! Anyway, after much debate I finally traded out the old whitewall wranglers for some terra grapplers in a 275/65R20 on my 2016 xlt. I also threw a 2" leveling kit on yesterday. The place that installed my leveling kit however does not do front end alignments. I'm assuming since there have been some changes up there that a front end alignment is probably necessary now? Just wanted to get some thoughts and opinions on how necessary that is, as I am very green on the subject. Thanks in advance. I will get some pictures up later in the week!

After I installed my 2" level, my front tires were each toed inward almost 1*. If you care about your tires, an alignment is absolutely necessary. If you don't, the only other impact will be to your gas mileage, probably. The truck will track fine and you probably won't notice the difference.

If the steering geometry is changed, the truck must be realigned. If you raise the truck, the steering geometry is changed. As was stated, your gas mileage and tread wear will be negatively affected if you don't have it aligned.
