2012 Centennial 4LT Grand Sport Corvette convertible. I have owned it a little over 4 years now; it had 4675 miles on it when I bought it. It's the 3rd Vette I have owned and it's a keeper.

Nice! Seems like I see a lot of Corvette owners with Ford trucks. Brand loyalty isn't what it used to be, or maybe folks are just smarter with their money and buy what they like rather than brands.

I'm planning on buying the current C7 Corvette when they get a little older. Mostly for the same reason I bought the F-150, aluminum and fiberglass can't rust.

I was pretty brand loyal GMC all the way from the time I could drive (79) until 2001 when my wife got a Nissan Xterra, then a few years later an FJ cruiser. Then in 12 she got a Range Rover. I was still a die hard corvette guy, and a GMC truck guy. I have had five corvettes, and 10 GMC trucks. When I went to trade my GMC 1 ton crew cab dually for a 1/2 ton I wanted a Denali. Dealer I bought my dually from said he would give me top dollar as I bought it there and it was service there, 1 owner low millage. Offered me 20K. I was not impressed with the same tiny sun room in the 2017 denali that my 06 truck had. I also didnt like no push button start. Or that you had to push a button on your key to lock or unlock the door. Truck was very dated. They also would not come but 2K off sticker. My wifes 12 range rover you didn't need to take key fob out of pocket for any reason, same with my 14 Stingray and 17 Harley. So I decided to do the un-thinkable, I went to look at a F-150. Well the platinum no need to take fob out of pocket, much nicer sun roof, nicer seats, more updated sound system, better cameras. Ford offered me 25K for my truck. They also said they would take 8K off their truck. The Denali and Platinum MSRP was 200 dollars different. No brainer to buy the Ford.

I have 22K miles on the F-150 and other than the poor mpg, compared to what window sticker says it will get I love the truck.

Sold the 14 Stingray, now in an 18 Grand Sport.

Just traded my 14 Stingray, Z51, 3LT, Manual 7 speed car. It was a special order, fully loaded car with 18500 miles on it. Got 45K for it. Great car, very comfortable for trips, and handles great. I replaced it with the 2018 65th anniversary Carbon 65 Grand Sport. It too is a M7 car.

The C8 will be out in 2020 they say, looks to be mid engine.

The C7 is the best riding most comfortable and best handling corvette ever.
