Default Less bounce with same or less rebound

I have a 2019 max tow 4x4 Lariat 57K miles. Looking to get the shocks changed but unsure what to go with. I've read page after page on the forum but still unsure. I'm looking for less bounce that the current OEMs give but don't want too much more rebound as I really hate that. Would also like to level it. Do I go with the Bilstein setup or something like Falcons? Something else? Any decent advice is appreciated.

Good luck in the search. Too many variables to offer much useful info to you. One person's smooth as a Caddy is nothing more than a kidney puncher to others. If you are in AZ there may be an off road shop nearby with a few trucks running different setups to check out. KM

In the case of the shock absorbers... bigger = better
Also when weighing options... rebuildable will always be more expensive than disposable.
On the rear shocks... Falcon has everyone beat by miles. On the front... they only had so much space with which to work and keep it affordable so I would be looking at loaded lift/level strut assemblies. Falcon reuses your stock spring/hat... but you will need UCAs to reap the most benefit on ANY lifted/loaded strut.
A good rebuildable set of shock absorbers is going to be starting at $450/corner and go up from there. The OEM shocks (monotubes) are complete garbage and barely damp the leaf & coil springs let alone heavy payload or towing duty.
A simple test is to hit a speed bump at a 25mph. If you have someone local with a Raptor... you can see/feel this immediately and those Fox components aren't exactly high end. The stock boingers bounce a standard F150 around like maracas.
This gets worse when you add 10 ply or super wide tires.
Also the duty life on standard monotubes is 20-30,000 miles max. With disposable the components go off... with rebuildable you can feel them start to deteriorate.
