Default Leer DCC cap

Just wondering if anyone here has pictures of their 2015-2017 F150 with a Leer DCC contractor cap on it? I'm having an issue with a brand new cap...well possibly an issue! The one with the half door on the back. Interested to see if there is a "gap" between the door and the cap where you can slide a finger or two in. Thanks for your help in advance.

Anyone having this issue? I've never had a truck cap door/tailgate never seal tightly against the cap. Was told by my dealer , that this is the way they come.....

You've heard my grip about Leer in other posts. For $1540. bucks for a cap and the water/snow leaks around the rear door when closed and drips right in when open. I've owned several aluminum caps and my next cap will be square aluminum= no leaks.

We've used several ARE DCUs on various F150s over the years. They occasionally have small gaps here and there... we work through the topper section by section with a garden hose noting any leaks, then, once dry, go back and seal them with a flexible clear body filler. Repeat until no leaks. The doors have always sealed just fine.

I carry sensitive electronics/communications equipment in the bed, so water-tightness is critical to me.
