Still pretty new to my F150. So, I see lots of differences on the headlights that Ford offers, never mind the aftermarket. I do like the look of the led ring/frame around the headlight. Here is a pic of my headlight. I don't see anything like that. Other then replacing the whole light with open that has it, can a light with out it be retrofit with it anyway. I can't/won't spend the money on new light housings that have it. It is not that important to me.

On a completely different subject. I have the sport package with the center shifter and I have the button to change driving modes. I have a friend who's shifter is on the the steering column. How does he change driving modes? He is not tech savvy at all.

There's a button on the end of the stalk to change drive modes. There is a rocker on the front of the stalk with a + and - to lock out the gears.

 

Your question about the led is unclear. Please restate for response.

 

The led trim I see going around the whole light assembly. I assuming that is not available as a add-on option. One would have to buy all new light assemblies to get that. See pic for example.

Here's what you're likely looking for, you'll have to open your headlights housings and install this on the inside of the clear lens.
