Default led headlight conversion... Pass headlight not working

I know there's been so many having issues. . I was having issues with c-bar in past with occasionally flickering issues on pass light. Had lights retro fitted with Dynamic diodes and thought my issue was solved until recently. Light started flickering again and if I turned key off then started immediately, the lights would work normally. Now , it won't work at all unless I turn the high beams on.

I'm assuming it's a voltage issue and throwing codes to bcm and it's turning off power to relay or circuits. . Anyone else have this issue or any ideas to fix, etc ? About to go back to my Halogens

Diode Dynamics does not make LED bulbs for headlights (yet)... so could you tell us a bit more about this "retrofit"

You probably just need a set of CANbus adapters, very common on newer vehicles. LED's call for less power so the trucks computers have issues and they flicker. The CANbus adapters will put a load on the line and you'll be good to go.

Where did you get your harness from? TRS and RR have revamped the harness and added a capacitor for the passenger side issue. I'm not too certain with the diode dynamics led switchboard. They do warranty the boards for 3 years. Hopefully you get everything resolved

Adam, he was referring to the OEM LEDs retrofitted with DD white led switchboards

Ohh I guess that's what the c-bar reference was, wasn't sure...

Did you install LED LOad resistors on the boards? You may need those possible? Not 100% sure.

How did you tap into the power for the boards?

I'm running oem lights retrofitted by Bullseye. They did custom painting ,switch back, and devil eyes, etc. .. I don't have anything hooked up other than the factory lights ( c bar isn't hooked up )

Started having flickering issues before sent to Bullseye. Had issues with pass c bar not working in the past aswell. Greatly appreciate your help and input. ... Harness is from Raptor Retrofit

So this flicker you speak off was with the amber outline as well prior to the retrofit? Like I said they have made a revamped harness as well. I would get in touch with RR and try that route first.

Flicker, was in pass headlight. My c bar wouldn't work. Now, the flicker progressed to more of a strobe until it finally stop working unless I'm using my high beams. I'm going to tear into it and take some voltage readings this week as a last effort before breaking down to buy new harnesses. I bought my lights and harnesses used and unfortunately, RR won't warranty my harness because I'm not original purchaser.
