Well at $30 a pair, its as cheap as halogen.

I was just looking at those Beamtechs as well, think they would fit an F150 with the extended 85mm dust covers?

I like the beamtechs too. Look very nice. Ill bet they will work great with the extended covers too

I just received the highs of these same bulbs (9005) from amazon. The lows have been great and have been in since November. My plan is to move my halogen 9005s to my fogs but before I do that I think I’ll try popping these in my fogs just to see how they look, whether they scatter light or are focused etc. However if tab trimming is required to get these in I won’t bother.

Alright. Couldn’t wait till night. LED on the left obviously. Clicked right in. Looks 10x brighter and has a great cutoff. Again these are the 9005s in the fogs.

I ordered the Beamtechs for $35 from Amazon and they are arriving today. Will update with pics when I get them installed.

The extended dust cover boots are not arriving till Monday...any issues leaving the stock dust covers off for a few days?

Wow, same as me. I too just ordered the beamtechs fanless bulbs and extended dust covers too but for em on Ebay for $29 and Amazon for the covers at $10
