Default LED headlight aim screw stripped

I noticed my headlights weren't aligned, so I aligned them and the driver side was completely stripped. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this happen (it's plastic). Can the leveler part be replaced? I have the LED headlights.

Are you sure it's stripped? There is not any resistance when turning them.

I'm not sure if the adjustment method is the same on the LEDs as it is on the halogen housings, but on the halogen housings, there is a plastic **** directly to the side of the adjustment screw. It's squared, so I'm sure a small wrench could get to it. It appears to do the same job as the adjustment screw.
