So I've read the manual and know where the adjuster is but trying to turn it the two gears won't move. If I put anymore pressure on the screwdriver the plastic is gonna bust. What's the trick to turning the adjuster for the headlights???

 

I just adjusted mine tonight. I used a #2 Philips screw driver and the initial twist of the screwdriver felt like it was going to break them, but they easily turned after they broke lose. Truck is brand new though, which might have made it easier. Good luck .
