Default LED Fogs

I know it has been discussed but I wanted to start a new thread for people who have done a bunch of research and are still undecided about what to do with their fog lights. The non-LEDs on the truck bothered me and I saw a few people here replacing them with LEDs. I did a fair amount of research and decided on the Morimoto refit kit for the fogs and some generic LED bulbs for the license plate.

I live in CA and we do have fog so functionality as a fog light needed to be preserved. That alone leaves you very few options and this was the only one was confident would work. A few points to keep in mind.

1. The Morimoto LEDs are very easy to install, don't hesitate to take this on if that is a concern.
2. Fellow member here put this video together and it really helped, the kit came with no instructions. https://www.f150forum.com/f118/how-r...317966/index4/
3. Tool List: large flat head screw driver, small Phillips head (short!), needle nose pliers.
4. If you are going to remove the air dam do it before this job as it gives you much more working room.

OK, Ill monitor this thread if you have any questions and now on to the pics.

I went the same route for the fogs. I've had them installed for a few weeks and a longer road trip (650 mile round trip in the dark). I am happy with them. Worth the cost.

Looking for advice on the headlights....soooo confusing.

I found them recommended by others here, not bad for $10 and free shipping with Amazon Prime.

Is there flickering in your cameras after you replaced the fogs and license plates with LEDs?

FYI No flickering at all front or back. But I already had the LED headlights.
