LED Bed Light kit
Has anyone Installed a Bed Light kit on a 2019 F-150? XLT if so how easy is it to install?
Getting the bed scuffed up for DIY Herculiner figured I will do a better job then paying a shop.
Any painting is 90% prep and I plan on spending a few days on preparing and taping before I'm ready to put the liner down.

I installed a strip light kit on mine, I have a tonneau cover and adhered the lights to the bottom of the cover rails, there is not enough room under the top edge of the bed. Was pretty easy to install, was my first time ever wiring anything on a vehicle so it took me 3 or 4 hours total. Wired the positive line directly to the battery with an in-line fuse block and grounded to one of the grounds on the frame at the back of the truck, ran all of the wires in wire loom.
I doubt it's any different from the 2016- I installed the OEM kit on mine and it was about a 30 minute job. Drop the spare, unhook the old harness that runs to the lights trailer lights, etc., install the new one, plug in the lights, trailer hitch wiring, the LED light pods and the switch. Easy peasy. Lights work from inside and outside the cab, I wanted factory, that's why I didn't do striplights.
