Default Leaf Springs Differences
Is there a difference in the leaf springs in a 4x4 and a 2wd? I know the front shock is about 2-3” difference in height. Would it be the same with the rear leaf springs?

Look up the part numbers between the two at at a Ford parts site.

Thanks but I’m mainly trying to find out if the leaf springs on a 4x4 are taller than the leaf springs on a 2wd. That’s what I’m trying to get out of this post.

The 4x4 gets a (1.25"?) block under the leaf springs.

If you want more height, buy the blocks. They’re cheap.
