Last key.
Maybe someone can help here.
I purchased a 2018 F150 at auction. It had been wrecked. (I fix them to drive, not a dealer). I've about got it together and wanted to get it running. It is pushbutton start and came with a key fob. The key fob doesn't work. I suspect that the seller bought a key fob to put with the car as the physical key has never been cut. Is there a way to program/activate this key using Forscan? I've used and am familiar with forscan. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have never messed with forscan, but if it has the option to access security, then forscan should be able to program it. If not, IDS will need to be used, and i also suggest getting another key, that way you can program 2 at once.
You have coded pats that needs to check in with NASTF. Option is not currently available in forscan. IDS can do it, but you need a LSID or dealer credentials. You also need 2 fobs to complete the procedure if you want to erase the previous keys.
