Same problem here, Bought the truck 2 months ago, and both the LKA and automatic highbeam worked great for the first month. Now I have nothing. The icon shows up grey when I first start the truck, but disappears after about 30 seconds. Pressing the button behind the gear shift has no affect after the icon disappears. All 4 of my cameras are clear (my front camera is located in the front grill not behind rear view mirror)

I asked Ford service about it, knowing that I am not the only one having this issue, but they still want me to leave my truck with them for a while. PITA to be without your brand new truck when I'm sure they have some kind of a knowledge base to tell what the issue is.

Take videos and unfortunately drop it off at service, the more videos you have the better so you can avoid the can't replicate reply

Lane keeping and light dimming have nothing to do with the camera on the grill. That is 360 only. The LKA and dimming camera is behind the rearview mirror, looking out the windshield.

Thumbs up 2016 F150 Platinum with same issue....

My 2016 had the same issue with only 200 miles on it. Took it to dealer and they had to replace the camera behind the rear view mirror. Features work better than expected now. I searched for 2 days on a solution and found this post. Though i would post the corrective actions to take. Hope this helps with anyone having this problem.

Good to know, thanks. This thread has been quiet since May, wondering if others with the same issue had the same corrective action done?

I finally took my truck in for this. The dealer changed out the windshield camera. Said it was a $1300 part. The only thing that was a little unnerving was that the dealer wanted to schedule it for a day when their "glass guy" was there in case they had issues with the windshield. Didn't think that it would be that big of a deal to swap it out. Maybe it's glued to the glass? Anyway, working fine for now.

Thank you LukeDawgPA05 and BulletMX, My dealer wanted me to bring the truck in for another day for them to play around with it. The service guy thought it might have some setting to do with a MyKey setup even though I have never set one up. Needless to say I wasn't happy about leaving my truck with them again. I'll print off this page off and hopefully get something done about this.

The sensor is part of the windshield. Did you ask them if they calibrated the new sensor.

No I didn't ask. The dealer was pretty good about the whole thing and seemed to have a clue what they were talking about but I had no clue to even ask about a calibration. The system seemed to work ok when I tested it. Guess I'll have to go play with it some more and make sure. Thanks for the heads up.
