Default Keypad Issues

Has anyone had any problems with their keypads not working? I can put my number in and it won't unlock. I usually put it in a few times and it will eventually unlock. I know I'm putting the right number in because its the same number I've used for years and I've had other people put the number in. I thought it might have something to do with locking it with a key fob and possibly locking it from the inside, but it does the same thing either way.

Not here. I'm was happy to see Ford went back to real buttons as compared to the touch sensors my 2013 Taurus uses. Those are junk.

At nighttime, touch each key individually and make sure your pad lights up with each press. Touch and wait for it to go off and check the next numbet.
