Keyless entry reset
Both types require you to have both key fobs as far as I know..
Regular Key:
Insert the key in the ignition and turn it to on position for about 5 seconds (don’t start the car). After 4-5 seconds, turn off and remove the key. Now insert the second key into the ignition and turn it to on position. After few seconds the factory key code will be displayed on the instrument cluster display screen.
Smart Key:
If your vehicle has a smart key then the process is a little different. Place the fob under the cup holder in the center console, there is a slot for it. Place first key fob in the hole and press the push start button to turn on the vehicle (don’t start the vehicle), after a few seconds press the start button again to turn off the vehicle. Take out the first key fob and place the second key fob in the same hole. Now press the start button again to turn on the vehicle. The factory code will be displayed on the instrument cluster screen.
