Keyless entry on door not working

Keyless entry on door not working

2020 F-150 XLT 4x4 supercab. Keyless entry on door quit working (keypad DOES light up). Can anyone help on this?

Double check your code? Hit 7/8 and 9/0 to see if it locks?

Did you check the vehicle settings menu to see if the code you set is still there, and you're entering it correctly? The keypads themselves are pretty durable and don't seem to fail often.

Thanks. didn't know about this! 7/8 9/0 DID lock truck, but unlocking didn't work.
Tried again next day, and it worked (once or twice) I'm thinking it's haunted!

I tried this and key code was correct. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the Winter weather...

That tells you that the keypad definitely works, at least.
