Keyless entry code missing

How about with a keyless truck? My truck came with the code, since dealer asked me which code I wanted. But somehow, it was lost. Couldn't find it anywhere after I got home. Right now my code is programmed, but if I disconnect the battery, it might erase. I'd like to get it, but don't want to take anything apart. I have both fobs. Hopefully there's a way to get it. How about with FORScan, if not possible with both fobs? Thanks.

The emergency start location could be either inside the center console or under one of the drink cups.

I was meaning MY code. And yes, it gets erased, as per the video provided by Pioneer74.
Thanks a million to you, and the others who explained the procedure. Seems like you can get the code without having to crank the engine. I'll find out when I get home
