I went with the advertised price with Bob Tomes. A little over $10K off.
Didn't negotiate price as I felt it was about the lowest in the area.
Did negotiate a 2014 XLT SuperCrew 3.5 Ecoboost at $26K (high miles 24K)

2015 F150 XLT SuperCrew Sport
5.0 Engine
Group 302A
3.31 Axle
Tow Package
  • MSRP $44,005
  • Paid $33,572

At the end of the day, these trucks are selling so the dealers don't feel the need to negotiate much. I personally have never been able to get more than about $9k off of sticker.

Last month I had a dealer calling me incessantly on a 2015 Lariat that I test drove. It had camel interior which I hated, and no moonroof. The outside was stunning, however and I was really drawn to it. They dropped about $4k from the time I was there until the last day of the month. The lowest they got was about $47.5k including TTL, so roughly $45k on a $53k sticker. This truck had been sitting there for a couple of months. I drove by the other day and it is gone and off of their website, so clearly it sold to someone willing to pay more than I was.

How does this work? I am heading into the office today to possibly trade my '13 screw 4x4 for a '15 2.7l fx4 screw. MSRP shows $49,010 and RED TAGE PRICE shows $38, 745. Think I have room to get more off the table?

You might get another $1000 in private cash by going online and ordering a F-150 brochure, worked for me. It showed up when the dealer checked what rebates I was eligible for before I received the email from Ford.

I called and went on line about 2/3 weeks ago. I got mine today via email. It doesn't have an expiration. I put in 1 to 3 months planned purchase.

I just bought my first ever F150 3 weeks ago and paid $38,500. MSRP was $48,725 ($49,920 with destination and delivery).

2015 5.0 XLT Caribou 302A luxury package 3.55 Electronic Lock Rear Axle 36 Gal Extended Range Tank, Trailer Tow Package.

Did I pay over invoice, I don't know - guessing I did. (I did get the dealership to throw in Weather Techs front and back).

But this is the EXACT truck I wanted.
