Need to buy a jump starter for F150 and Expedition.
mainly for wife in Expedition.

any good ones out there for under 150 bucks?

Yes it will. Also, recommend watching Project Farm on Youtube. He tested jump starters a few times. Here you go.

I just picked up a Noco GBX45. Haven't used it, but my research indicates that it should be more than enough.

I have several of the Audew 2000a models. They will start my 460 when it's below freezing and the battery is disconnected.

I have a Gooloo 4000A jump starter. No issues on home cars, work cars, and even a motorcycle or two.

My question is this. Is there one that will work on an AGM battery? I bought a Noco (can't remember the model now) but, when I read the instructions there was one line that said to not useit on an AGM battery. No where on the outside of the box did it say that it wasn't AGM compatible. Not wanting to risk it I returned it.
