Default Jerking under hard acceleration

Hello community.
my 2015 ford f150 5.0 has 104k miles and i recently reaced the plugs and coils. Problem i am experiencing is that at idle, the truck will drop rpm for a split second and only occurs once in a while, not a continuous problem. However, under hard acceleration the truck feels like it is trying to accelerate, but keeps getting pulled back. It will get to the desired speed, but feels like its stuttering but without the misfire feeling. Once at speed (e.g., 60 mph where high gear is loading the engine) there is a stutter. This problem was fixed on my 2003 and 2008 5.4 engines by replacing the plugs and coils. Not certain what to think of this, but my code reader is not showing any codes. I have an aftermarket warranty that will likely cover whatever the issue is, but would prefer some advice here so the dealership doesn't delay their diagnosis. I have read alot of posts in the forums and unfortunately they seem to be all over the place. One thing that has stood out is conversations about cam phasers. I do not hear any signs of knocking or rattling as that was some of the tell-tale signs from other threads.
Looking forward to any advice.

Did you replace the coils with OEM Ford coils?
