IWE or something else?
Thanks for the vids. The groaning reminds me of maybe something with the brakes, or maybe a bit more remotely, a wheel bearing.
The "rattling" or grinding does sound like maybe a bad IWE. Trucks of our years have a programmed delay that keeps the IWE's engaged for approximately 1/2 mile on every key cycle. Is that when you hear the grind/rattle?
Was it the IWE or bearing/hub replaced, and was care taken to either mesh the teeth when tightening the spindle nut, or a vacuum applied when tightening? Improper tightening can break a brand new IWE whether replacing either the hub or IWE
Just to be sure, does it sound like this?

They replaced the bearing/hub twice, not the IWE. If was at my father in laws auto shop, so not sure the process. The rattle sounds like the video.
They replaced the passenger brake caliper as well for dragging.
I'd likely have a second shop access the situation. Hard telling what quality of parts or condition of components without it in the air. My guess the hubs and iwe are the issue, what side etc, hard to guess. Good luck, keep in mind some parts are ok to cheap out with, these likely not. Stay oem, or better quality off a better source like RockAuto dot com, or a local Napa.
