Just curious can the IWE actuator at the hub be bad if it's still holding vacuum. Seems like my driver side is also making noise.

 

Replaced both iwe and wheel bearing hub and noise is still there. Noise is definitely coming from a rotational motion. Noise is really annoying me. It's not a high pitch scraping or rattling but more like a very brief 2 second sound similar to if i were suddenly use really aggressive muhighway. In the front. Sound occurs mostly when accelerating lightly going up hills or sometimes on the higway.
