Both have this moisture on them is this normal, no issues with them and we have not had rain here in weeks so its not water. No drips just wet.

I would guess that's grease/oil.

Mine look just like that on both sides. But it's not wet nor greasy. Almost like something stained it. Dried out grease stain?
