Has anyone every had this happen to one of their IWEs? I was in 4wd in some sand and all of a sudden i just heard this loud grinding noise. I was able to make it out in essentially 3 wheel drive. Well it was probably 2 wheel as i think the front is an open diff. But i couldn't believe that only a small ring of plastic is what transfers power to the front the CV to the wheel hub. That just seems insane to me.
RCV IWE eliminators just went in and the vacuum system went out this morning. i think that this will be one of the best things I've done to this truck.

Reason: spelling is hard...
Power wise it is. Been meaning to put a tune on it for a little now. But there is a 2.5 level and falken 305/65r18 for rubber. wish i would of just checked this out first instead of messing with the solenoid and check valve first.
Still in shock that a ring of plastic holds the cv gear to the hub gear on the IWE. Not quite sure how the raptor guys deal with this.
