I almost wasn't able to get it. I knew I wanted this model but couldn't find one locally. I contacted a regional rep who told me this model was not popular in the southeast but he did find one in Richmond, Va. Unfortunately the local dealer told me "I have finally received the information on the 215 SSI Cuddie. Unfortunately the engine in this boat is a Volvo and we are exclusively MercCruiser."

I did find one on my own but had to drive 3 hours to get it.

Today I learned that this type of boat exists. Much like dirt atv drag racing, lawn mower racing, etc I'm always amazed at the sports (events) that exist.

sweet ride my man. Looks like a blast!

I live on the lake, so my boat is on a trailer only once or twice a year. I have gone from TN to GA, and AL in this boat with out coming out of the water.

24.5 foot Bryant, all hand laid fiberglass, 350 Mag with a bravo 3 outdrive

My lab love boating!

Looking at my home from the lake, before my two slip dock was built. Just finishing home construction.

There have been boats like this racing in my town since 1949. America had a 'can do' attitude then, and many more folks raced in the 50's through the 80's.
I can't wait to share with my racing friends, our sport being compared to lawn mower racing. That will bring a chuckle. Ha ha.
