Default Issue with speedometer

Took a 5000 mile trip across the country last week. Everything went smooth but cam across one issue while in colorado. My speedometer stopped working.

It got stuck at 75 mph. I put the instrument cluster im calibaration mode and it fixed it until it failed again 5 miles later. Put ot back into calinaration mode and it was finally fixed. 2000 miles later i dont have any issues with it.

I was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and if it should be of concern.

Other than this i did not have any problems with the truck got 22 mpg driving 75-80 mph on a 2.7 2wd. That includes many hours of idling as i had my dogs in the truck and they needed the ac.

Many people have. Book an appointment for a new one. Dealer should not say they have to see it.
My new one is a constant 2 kph off but at least it doesnt go way off anymore.

Default File a complaint with NTSA for recall

Lots of people are having this problem, including me with my 2015 ford f150 xlt. Only had vehicle 2 months before speedometer STUCK on 100 mph in park. I filed a complaint with Ford and with the NTSA. Please do the same so they'll see it's a huge problem and issue a recall. But, the only way they'll know if the owners file a complaint. Here's the LINK . . .
