Just installed a TBC in my '15 Lariat Sport 2.7 EB. Bought an OEM part, removed the empty slot and plugged the part in and enabled with forscan and it still isn't working. The next thing I was going to check and see if there was a fuse and add it if there wasn't one, has anyone else had this problem?

 

Not all Battery Junction Boxes even have the terminals in place for the fuse. You need to make sure the terminals are present.

 

Update here, there were (3) changes I needed to make in Forscan: one to enable the TBC itself, one to enable the trailer brake disconnector/connect (the sliding piece) and one to enable the trailer gain button (+/- buttons)...thing works as intended now! Seems that when you go into Forscan and use a remembered vehicle not all features show up and you need to go into a new "non remembered" version of your truck to get all the customizable areas of Forscan for your truck
