Default IPMA issues

Hello all,

I am getting a C1001:54/78 codes, along with front camera and pre collision not avail. I have a 2019 F150 XLT 4x4, with no lane assist, adaptive cruise, etc - just a basic package. I see on other threads about calibration and driving, but I have no option to drive and see lines turning grey to green. How to I calibrate/align the front camera in the windshield. There has been no windshield replacement, cracks, etc; no lift kits or any other mods done. It just quit one day a few weeks ago while driving. Thanks!

The IMPA in my truck "lost" its calibration one day as well. I just ran the calibration procedure using FORScan. I have the 8" display, but if I remember correctly (and maybe I don't), I got a calibration successful message on the IPC. That was months ago and no problems since.

Even though you don't have adaptive cruise, your truck still includes a camera for collision avoidance. This became standard in 2019+ trucks across all trims.

As 52merc said, you can run the calibration procedure with Forscan.

If you don’t mind, could you please tell me where this is located in Forscan?

If this may be of help, the C1001 Code is Camera >BUS< message signal failure.
Good luck.

Service Functions. Click on the "wrench" icon. It should be there.
