Default iPhone Volume

Hello, I too have a brand new 2018 F150 with the Sync 3. EVERY time my iPhone connects to the BlueTooth in my truck, the volume on my phone maxes out. I have tried some of responses from here, but none has held until the next time I went into the truck and reconnected to Blue Tooth. Still happening. Any advise? Should I perhaps go to the Ford dealer to see if they have an update or patch for the Sync 3? I'm up for suggestions.

You have probably already turned the volume **** down on the radio when they are talking, if it is the loudness of the announce ring that should be adjustable in the phone settings or try the volume down on the radio when it is ringing.

I have just the opposite happening with my 2017 Mustang GT and my Android. I might be listening to the radio at 22 (windows open), and the radio volume is fine. If my phone rings, or I call someone, the volume drops to 18, but the actual volume is so low, that I need to crank it 30 just to hear it. This is on all calls, even back to back calls, I need to readjust the sound. It's very annoying.

I had same problem in my 2017. I found the answer here. Use the search option. . I was something in the settings on the iPhone.

Hello, If you are referring to the volume control toggle, NO, it does nothing to remedy. I am trying to update my Sync 3 v2.3 to Sync 3 v.3, in hopes that this helps. Fingers crossed XXXX XXXX
