Intermittent electrical problems

My 2016 Lariat’s radio intermittently will not turn on. Same truck intermittently will not go in reverse, a problem the dealer has not been able to correct. Think the problems are related?

When you say it won’t go into reverse do you mean the shift lever physically will not move or the shift lever moves to reverse position but the transmission doesn’t engage?
