Default Intermittent charging system light

The Truck: 2016 XLT Sport 2WD 5.0 Magnetic
Purchased late February when I was test driving the check charging system now light came on but the selling dealer "fixed" it. Driving home it naturally came on again along with the battery light. Battery light extinguished a couple of miles down the road. Popped up a couple more times and haven't had it come on for a month or two. Told the dealer where I had the oil changed and brake controller installed but they couldn't duplicate and since I had no codes they sent me on my way. I have to give them credit for not charging a diagnostic fee. Yesterday it came on along with the check brake fluid warning at the same time. Brake fluids fine. This morning just the check charging system warning came on and by the time I got to the corner the battery light extinguished. I am not having any other electrical issues that are noticeable and no driveability problems. Do any of you have an idea for me to look for?

Get your battery condition checked. Make sure battery terminals are clean and tight. Check all your ground cables (there are several) to make sure they are clean and tight.

All connections are tight and battery voltage is 12.8 while sitting and 14.3 while running. Just have to wait until it stays on. I hate gremlins.

I would be checking all the grounding points from the battery to the body/frame.
