Does anyone know how to remove the carbon fiber looking piece with the chrome trim on the door panels?

 

you can't. It's moulded on the door panel itself

 

It has two screws at the top and I took those out and it let's the top half of the plastic move but the bottom is either clipped or screwed in. I don't belive it is molded in or I don't think there would be the two screws at the top of it.

 

 

I don't have pics, but I wanted to change mine out (fake lariat wood)
That piece, while separate is "plastic welded" to the door panel.
There will not be a separate part number for it (it will all be part of the door panel)
I ended up wrapping mine in a 3M vinyl wrap

 

Alright Thank you. Really wish ford would have made it removable. This is going to make painting the chrome a pain
